This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through our website at https://templatetoday.com/ (the “Website”) and any digital products, including templates, graphics, planners, and other downloadable content (collectively, “Products”). By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

We strive to provide high-quality digital Products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict no-refund policy to protect against unauthorized use and distribution. Please review product descriptions, previews (if available), and this Policy carefully before buying.

1. All Sales Are Final and Non-Refundable

• Digital Nature of Products: All Products are delivered instantly as digital downloads upon successful payment confirmation. Once you access, download, or view a Product, it is considered delivered and consumed.
• No Refunds or Returns: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads (e.g., files can be copied and retained indefinitely), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to: 
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Dissatisfaction with the Product’s content, quality, or suitability for your needs.
  • Compatibility issues with your device or software (e.g., if the Product requires specific tools like Canva or Adobe, as noted in descriptions).
• Exceptions for Technical Errors: In rare cases of a verifiable technical error on our end that prevents access to the Product (e.g., broken download link or server issue), contact us within 7 days of purchase at kwestnova@gmail.com with proof (e.g., screenshots). We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, either: 
  • Fix the issue and provide access.
  • Offer a replacement Product of equal or greater value.
  • This does not apply if the issue stems from your device, internet connection, or failure to follow instructions.

2. Lifetime Access and Support

• Access to Products: Purchased Products are available for lifetime access via your account, unless otherwise specified in the product description. You may download files multiple times, but we recommend backing them up immediately.
• Support for Issues: If you encounter any access or content-related issues (e.g., corrupted file), contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem but do not guarantee outcomes. After 7 days, support is provided at our discretion and may not result in resolutions.
• No Guarantees: We do not warrant that Products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. Previews and descriptions are provided to help you evaluate suitability before purchase.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

• Direct Resolution Required: If you have any concerns about your purchase, you must contact us first at kwestnova@gmail.com to attempt resolution. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim through your payment provider (e.g., credit card company, PayPal, Stripe) without prior contact violates this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
• Consequences of Chargebacks: Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for us. If you file a chargeback: 
  • Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated, revoking access to all purchased Products and future purchases.
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence (e.g., download logs, IP records showing access).
  • You may be responsible for any fees, penalties, or legal costs we incur.
  • Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in reporting to relevant authorities or collection agencies.
• Evidence of Delivery: We maintain records of all transactions, including timestamps of purchases, downloads, and access attempts, which will be used to defend against unfounded disputes.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same Product multiple times due to a technical glitch (e.g., double-clicking), contact us within 24 hours with proof. We may, at our discretion, issue store credit for the duplicate amount (no cash refunds).

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance.
